Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Full Attendance Required: Participants must engage fully with all scheduled Kickstarter sessions. If a participant cannot attend a session, they must notify the trainer in plenty of time. Failure to attend without prior notice may void the guarantee.
  2. No Bookmakers Accounts Unless Previously Agreed with BYB: Participants must not have any bookmaker accounts open unless specifically agreed upon with BYB before starting the Kickstarter course. This ensures that all offers are available and fully utilised.
  3. No Account Restrictions or Gubbings: The guarantee is void if accounts are restricted, gubbed, or closed due to behavior outside the course’s guidance, such as unusual betting patterns or overusing promotions.
  4. Following Instructions Precisely: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the tutor, including using suggested odds, stakes, and timings. Any deviation that affects outcomes may void the guarantee.
  5. Avoidable Errors: The guarantee does not cover avoidable errors, such as:
    • Placing incorrect bets due to not following guidance.
    • Missing required bets or deadlines for offers.
    • Failing to check and double-check bet placements as instructed.
    • Cashing out offers prematurely unless advised.
  6. Active Engagement: Participants must actively engage in the sessions, complete all assigned tasks, and ask questions if they are unsure about anything. Lack of communication that leads to errors will not be covered.
  7. Adherence to Bankroll Management: Participants must adhere to bankroll management guidelines provided by BYB. This includes no withdrawals from the suggested bankroll during the course. Reckless betting or straying from the provided plan can also invalidate the guarantee.
  8. Proof of Effort: Participants may be asked to provide proof of their efforts, such as bet history or screenshots, to verify that all instructions were followed correctly.
  9. Timely Completion: The guarantee applies only if participants complete the Kickstarter program by the agreed end date (before Christmas).
  10. Communication of Issues: Any technical issues or misunderstandings must be communicated promptly to BYB or the tutor. Failure to do so in a timely manner that impacts the ability to profit will void the guarantee.
  11. Review Period: If a participant does not make £200 profit by the end of the Kickstarter, BYB will review the participant’s adherence to these terms before issuing a refund.

Summary:

  • Refund Eligibility: If all terms are met and the participant does not achieve £200 profit, BYB will refund the £30 upfront fee while allowing the participant to keep any profit made.
  • Refund Process: The review process will occur within 7 days of the Kickstarter’s end, and refunds will be issued shortly after verification.
