What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral is a new BYB member who becomes a paying member and names the existing member who referred them during signup.
When is the free month added?
The free month is applied manually by BYB after the referred member becomes a paying member and the referral details have been checked.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. There is currently no fixed limit on referrals, although BYB may amend the programme later if needed.
Do existing members count?
No. The referral programme is for new members joining BYB, not people who already had a BYB account or membership.
What if my friend forgets to enter my Discord username?
Ask them to contact BYB as soon as possible. We will do our best to check it manually, but the cleanest route is for them to enter your Discord username during signup.
Is this different from the affiliate programme?
Yes. This member referral programme gives existing members a free month of BYB membership. It is not a cash payout and is separate from the affiliate programme.
