These Terms govern your use of Back Yourself Betting (“BYB”). By accessing the site, Discord server or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. About BYB

BYB provides matched betting education, tools, calculators and community support. We do not offer gambling services. All content is for informational and educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and UK-based
• You must comply with bookmaker terms and UK law

3. Subscriptions

BYB Premium is billed by Stripe. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before renewal. Discord roles update automatically.

You may cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. We do not issue partial refunds for unused periods.

4. No financial advice

BYB does not provide financial, investment or gambling advice. We teach mathematical methods used to reduce risk when interacting with licensed bookmakers. You are responsible for your own decisions.

5. Community rules

• No gambling chat, tips or speculation
• No abuse, harassment or spam
• No sharing copyrighted or paid materials outside the server
• No attempting to manipulate offers or breach bookmaker terms

6. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for: bookmaker decisions, account restrictions, losses caused by user error, or any financial outcome from your betting activity.
